Justice Obiora Egwuatu of the Federal High Court, Abuja, has struck out a suit seeking the disqualification of Ademola Jackson Nurudeen Adeleke as the governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the last July 26 election. Naija News reports that the suit was struck out on Thursday on the basis that the plaintiff lacked the locus standi to institute the case.
